Work with us

Does this sound like you?

You've built something real. You're ready for it to run that way.

If any of this lands a little too close to home, take a breath — you're not failing, you're just at the place where the next version of your practice asks something different of you.

01 · Real stakes

You're holding real lives in your hands — your clinicians, their families, your clients — and most days the weight of all of that lives in your chest.

02 · Wearing every hat

You came into this work to help people. Somewhere along the way you became a CEO, too. Some days that feels right. Other days, you'd give up anything just to go back to being a therapist.

03 · Beyond revenue

You don't want bigger for bigger's sake. You want a practice that takes care of your people, supports your life, and doesn't quietly burn you out in the process.

You're in the right place.

Founder & Business Coach

Dr. Bailey Bryant

Psychologist by training, accidental entrepreneur by necessity. I built a group practice from the ground up — hiring, growing, leading a team, running the numbers, plus all the messy moments that don't make it onto the Instagram highlight reel.

Over a decade of doing this, I've learned what actually works, what just looks good on social media, and how to side step common pitfalls. I started Hello Studio because the kind of business advice I needed when I was growing didn't exist in a form that felt right for the kind of practice I was building — heart-centered, profitable, sustainable, led with intention.

That's what I help you build.

All of it, with heart and ethics at the center:

Group practice strategy Processes and procedures Leadership coaching Hiring and team building Incorporating AI KPIs and tracking success

Andrea Antczak (she/her)

Andrea is the kind of person who's done it all — and somehow made it all make sense together. With a background in substance abuse counseling, a reflexology practice she ran for years, and Reiki Level 2 training, she brings deep roots in the healing world to everything she does.

As Practice Coordinator at Hello Mental Health and a Studio Guide here, Andrea channels that same energy into helping mental health professionals and admins build smarter, more sustainable practices — whether that means implementing the latest technological tools, demystifying SEO and AIO for practitioners who'd rather focus on their clients, or holding the kind of calm, grounded presence that makes figuring out your next move feel a lot less daunting.

Andrea coaches practice coordinators, intake coordinators, and the admin humans who keep clinical teams running.

What practice owners are saying

Heard from the rooms that matter.

Bailey is phenomenal — she is enthusiastic and knowledgeable and happy to share her experiences and lessons learned.
Sarah Boettner, LPCC-S, LSW
Owner, Total Wellness 365
Bailey has created an amazing practice built on incredible clinical and business knowledge and experience. She is super generous with her team and colleagues. She's been a great help to me and so many others.
Brian Valasek, LPCC-S, LICDC
Bailey has been one of my strongest cheerleaders and resources as I have built my practice. She is a very friendly, warm, and genuine person and she gave me the confidence and insight to see that I could leave my draining agency job for a life of freedom in private practice. Bailey provided very valuable information about exactly what to expect as I started my practice (e.g., potential expenses, filing for an LLC, systems for optimizing my practice, how to handle initial calls, etc.) and turned me on to resources that have been key in launching quickly. Bailey's experience in building a successful private practice is very valuable and your money is well-spent by hiring her to help you build yours.

Hello Studio

The studio

Hello Mental Health is the Cincinnati group practice I've been building for over a decade — a team of psychologists doing trusted, compassionate, trauma-informed care.

Hello Studio is the other side of that work: the systems, strategy, and soul-keeping that make a practice like Hello Mental Health possible.

Everything I teach here, I've lived there. The tools work because I built the business on them first.
